About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information About the Book
This is a true story of a young man born in North Texas in the 1940's, my childhood. Over 20 years in the Military service, two tours in South Vietnam, being sprayed with 15 different chemicals of which include Agent Orange. Many combat operations and patrols in the South Vietnam war. Some friendly fire incidents. Some of the Medical problems caused by serving in South Vietnam. The problems dealing with the United States Navy (medical personnel) All the promises made by recruiters and higher ranking personnel while in the Military, that the United States government states that we personally did not make any promises. So none were/are kept. Upon retirement from the United States Marine Corps. The problems in dealing with Veterans Affairs. My opinion of who benefits from the United States Military Personnel fighting and dying in other countries for our government. The closing of military bases in the United States just to find out later the United States has new bases in other countries. The government stated it was to save money, but it killed the local economy. What is Agent Orange? What it did and is doing to the men and women and possibly their children in the United States and the little to nothing the V.A. and the United States government are doing to help. I'm asking why does our government worry more about other countries people's welfare than they do about the American people of which includes Combat Veterans. What type of chemicals are the United States government allowing big chemicals companies to sell us, with no idea what they put into those products or what those chemicals might do to the people of the United States or do they care? Our political system, is it good for us or just good for them; our political leaders?
