About the Author

Cornelia Hoppe, M.A., is trained in clinical, humanistic, and transpersonal psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Francisco, California, where she has been in private practice since 1975. She is also a former school teacher and social worker.

For five years, Cornelia traveled and lived in the Far, Near, and Middle East, studying culture, religion, and philosophy. For 28 years she was personally trained by Dr. Gayle C. Pierce who believed in the universality of teachings and that all religions led to God. This book is both a service and commitment to her friend, mentor and teacher. The relationship between the author and Dr. Pierce has deeply influenced Cornelia’s life.
