About the Book
Sally could not understand why their dog had died. She was only four. Her older brother and sister wanted to get another pet. But they did not simply want to get "another" pet, they wanted to get a kitten. Their father was not only against getting another pet, he definitely did not want a cat. Billy and Suzi were not to be so easily defeated in the quest. Read how this brother and sister are drawn closer by having the same desire. Find out how these two learn a valuable lesson about prayer. Discover how they plot their strategy. Can they keep their four-year old sister from prematurely letting the "cat out of the bag." Sit at the dining table when they gather the courage to ask their dad. On whose side will mom be? What will their father say? You'll be tempted to read the last chapter first. But don't deprive yourself of the fun. Experience the day to day life of the McAllisters as the story unfolds.
