About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information

About the Book

This book is a compilation of essays, poems and psalms that explores man's relationship with God as seen through the eyes of the author. In the poetic verses and psalms, you will see the constancy and beauty of God. In the essays, you will experience his awesome power and be moved to another spiritual level. They reflect the time spent in prayer and meditation and just being in the presence of God.

The author's spiritual growth is seen throughout the work as you move from the contemplative "Bitter Made Sweet" to the complex and emotionally charged "What Manner of Spirit is This". Through these writings, it is hoped that the reader will be as nurtured in the Spirit as the author has been in the writing experience.

About the Author

This is the first published work for this gifted writer. The poems, essays and psalms are a product of her daily walk and relationship with Christ.

In this book you will be able to know something of His vision and her interpretation of that vision. Her spiritual journey, as well as the wealth of experience gained from many years of working with people help to bring life and synergy to the written words.

A graduate of Boston College, she is a Health Planner and Clinical Social Worker by profession, a missionary in the Holy Tabernacle Church of God In Christ, Boston, Massachusetts, and Chaplain for the Saturday Morning Investment Group in Washington, DC.
