About the Author

Steve Lawrence is a typical American who served honorably for 22 years in the U.S. Military. A second generation American, his love for America is overwhelming. Married for over 30 years with five children he is concerned the freedom he grew up with and defended may not exist for his four grandchildren. He has not only studied governments and societies but lived them first hand. Throughout his military career he lived in six different countries in Europe, Asia, the South Pacific and the Middle East and experienced extended temporary tours in a dozen other countries in Africa, Central and South America. The majority of the time he lived in the communities of the host country which afforded him opportunities the majority of Americans will never experience or even understand. After developing severe health problems due to his military service he and his family wished to retire to a small farm to be left alone. This did not happen. After repeated domestic assaults on the US Constitution and usurpation of power by local politicians he decided to take the most effective course of action left to him. Steve dedicated much of his life in defending the freedoms Americans enjoy and now through his writings continue to bring the assaults on these freedoms to light in hope of continuing this defense.

How many times have you heard, "For the children...", "For public safety..." or "For security..." when these people assault your constitutionally protected freedoms. The people who lead these assaults know the way to get public opinion on their side is to convince you to give up some of your rights to push their agenda.

These elitists truly feel they know what's best for you since they are the enlightened few. The United States is under siege by the ruling elite. I predict this will become known as the "Age of Arrogance". They "feel" they have all the answers and have the right to tell everyone else how to live.

The elitists feel if red is used to correct wrong answers and a child is told their answer is wrong it may harm the self esteem of the child. It never hurt me, believe me, I saw a lot of red on my papers and the nuns who taught me were very quick to let me know when I had a wrong answer.

The AARP is so adept at this I belief they should change their moniker in a way to keep their acronym to reveal what they do best. This organization would best be described as American Association of Ridiculous Propaganda. I believe this would be more fitting for this organization.

Some of these people even form organizations and profess to be Christians and even ministers but doesn't want religion anywhere in government. I call these people Pseudo-Christians. In their heart they don't believe God exists but they want to keep their toe in the door just in case.
