Rachael's Forever Friend is a heartwarming account of how a young child learns to understand, through one of God's smallest creatures, the concept of death and what it means for a departed Christian to be with the Lord. Based on real life experiences, this book was written to give children an understanding of death and eternity. It is the author's intent for you to find comfort and salvation through Jesus Christ by reading Rachael's Forever Friend.

About the Author

Heather A. Frederick lives in the small, rural town of Piedmont, S.C. (U.S.A.) with her husband Todd W. Frederick, daughter Christina M. Frederick and two German Shepherds. At home she considers writing short stories and poetry as one of her favorite expressions. Heather's other enjoyable opportunities to serve Jesus Christ have been through working in various Church ministries since age 14. Presently, she serves the Lord by teaching "Children's Church" with her family at Faith Baptist Church in Taylors, SC. She also helps her husband through customer service in their family business: "Whiter Than Snow Appliances." Additionally, she thanks the Lord for the freedom of homeschooling their daughter for twelve years (as of 2005). In summary, the author was inspired to share from her heart to yours this experience of losing her mother, Nov. 4, 1991, in storybook form, to children around the world.
