About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information About the Book
Cleo is the Brown Wise Cat, so full of wisdom that he speaks only in rhyme. He wears his love for life on his sleeve and dreams of a day where everyone unites and comes out to play. Unfortunately, dogs and cats don't see it his way. They tease and make fun of his pilot leather hat. As the wise cat that he is, he even has a way to deal with all that. "Whenever anger or sadness even gave him a glance he'd shrug it off and do his fun dance." Cleo finds an interesting way to deal with teasing and the pit falls or struggles that some children face.
Cleo shows us the value and importance of everything around us be it big or small. Within his heart Cleo finds a place for it all!
One day a cat named Cloi, concerned and worried, asked Cleo, "Hey, don't you mind the things the others say; well you know they're not so kind?"
"We're all quite different, I'm sure you all know. Different colors and sizes just like the rainbow." Cleo began. "My dad once told me to treat everyone fair, no matter what happens be smart and compare. A cat that likes no one and doesn't quite care to a truly cool cat that respects you and likes to share."
Sadly, the cats and dogs' towns have run out of food! Caught unprepared, they wondered what to do? The dogs sniff their way into the cat's town and the search for food begins!
Let's all follow Cleo in his first poetic adventure through life's ups and downs and let his wisdom show us the way!
