About the Book About the Author Excerpts

About the Book

Something is not right at the Troll Circle. The crescent moon is shining down, but the trolls have not woken up to dance their mischievous "Dance of the Trolls". Fortunately, Agatha and Lauryn — Greta and Molly's dreamtime fairies — know just what to do. They lead Greta and Molly to the circle and the slumbering trolls, and instruct how to wake them. Will they succeed? And what happens when the trolls do wake up?

This book is dedicated to those living with breast cancer. A portion of book sales will be donated to our families' American Cancer Society Relay For Life™ team, which helps raise money to find a cure.

About the Author

Alex Anesko has been drawing for fun and profit since he was Greta and Molly's age. At eight he placed fourth in a drawing contest. While fourth place did not merit an award, Alex's mother — knowing that a little encouragement can go a long way — gave him a small ribbon and a silver dollar.

Time passed. Many hours were spent drawing knights and dragons and other fantastic creatures. Later, many sketches were made of Alex's wife (in profile, reading, asleep, etc.), and later still, of his daughter Greta, and niece Molly.

With the purchase of a colored pencil set and sharpener, Alex has put his modest talents to good use, and toward a good cause, with the publication of A Troll Circle Adventure. He hopes you'll enjoy it!
