About the Author

Albert R. Teichner entered the real estate business on October 26, 1962 and worked for 35½ years as a Multi-Award Winning Salesman, Manager and Trainer. To further his education he also completed with distinction the 3-year Real Estate Diploma course at the Univeristy of British Columbia in Vancouver. He branched out into mortgage appraisals for several lending institutions and was involved in subdivision work and the construction of new homes.
