About the Author

William E Franklin was born in 1936 on a farm near Leesburg, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Paris Western High School of Paris Kentucky. He served 24 years in the US Army with one tour in Vietnam; among his decorations are the Meritorious Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic Of Vietnam campaign Medal, and The Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/Palm he is also a 32 degree Mason and a Shriner. Before becoming paralyzed in 1996, he enjoyed outdoors sports of hunting and fishing. He now spends most of his time reading scripture from the new St James version of the Bible and writing.
