Pamela's safe world is shattered by the events to come. While in Paris she receives an anonymous telex telling her that her husband Richard is dead, there is nothing to explain how he died. On Pamela's return home from Paris she finds out that her husband has been murdered. She must accept the help of a detective she doesn't like or trust to solve the chain of events in the case. Pamela decides she has to solve the crime herself, by searching for a motive why each family member was killed. When Theo's lover is found hanging in a secret panel behind a clock in her home, she finds herself caught in a web of more murders and becomes the target of a stalker looking to kill her.

When she is almost killed by a madman in her own bedroom, she becomes desperate to find her husband's killer herself. When her butler is gunned down, and her best friend is almost killed, she is more determined then ever to find the killer.

Pamela has to fight for her life to keep the stalker from trying to kill her for a second time. After the killer falls to his death, she must prove her innocence. She heads back to France to see her friend Gisele. When her plane lands she spots the police waiting at the gate. To her surprise she walks past them without incident, but then finds out that her friend has also been killed, now Pamela is more determined to find the killers before she herself is killed.

About the Author

Terry McAnally native of Philadelphia, Pa who resides in South Jersey with her musician/composer/husband Michael.

She has three grown daughters Andrea, alias and Aurelia, and a son Thomas and two grandsons Cameron and Ayden, A German Shepherd and two Cats.

You can find her relaxing at home working on her latest novel At Knife Point. After deciding to leave her career with a fortune 500 company where she taught adults for seventeen of her twenty three year tenure. While there, she received numerous awards for outstanding achievement and communications skills.
