About the Book

Crossing Worlds: Dream Rider blends elements of imagination, magic, adventure and romance into a colorful, rhyming story. The story depicts a hero on a quest to save a maiden and a town from the curse of an evil creature. Yet when the hero overtakes the creature's castle, he tumbles through a trap door to the dungeon below. There he finds the lady, and feelings of love overtake the virtuous pair. The jealous creature bursts in to interrupt their passion, but love, in the form of a brilliant light, beams a cage of bars around the creature. The creature, whose evil has been banished by love, begs never to be released for fear that his wicked disposition will return, so the hero and lady depart to spread courage and goodness.

About the Author

Debra S. Cox works the night shift as a 911 dispatcher and writes about her journeys into the land of dreams to escape the pressures of everyday life. She is a member of the Writer's Village University and three writer's groups. She lives in Arkansas with her sister and brother-in-law and their cat, Miss Kitty.
