About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information

About the Book

A collection of the poetry of the late Reverend Jack Mundell. There are many religious verses in which he praises God and expresses his heartfelt gratitude for his salvation in Christ.

There are also poems about everyday life - some with powerful social commentary and others with touching stories of love and friendship.

About the Author

The Reverend Christopher Jack Mundell was born in Scotland in 1916.

He was a Baptist Minister who was also involved for many years in Jewish missionary work.

He wrote many poems and although a few were published in various books and periodicals, he was planning to publish a selection of his poetry.

Sadly, he died before completing the task - but now his best poems have been compiled and published under the title of one of his favourites, Cast the First Stone.
