About the Author
Major Barnett is a veteran and a Social Worker who earned an M.S.W. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from SUNY- Albany. He works extensively with children, is the founder and chairman of the Southern Tier Underground Railroad Historical Society and former president of the Broome/Tioga Chapter of the NAACP. Mr. Barnett has a large family, a great sense of humor, and enjoys public speaking and helping others.
