About the Author
Dr. Mohammed Bin Salem is currently an Associate Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at Qatar University. In 1992 he received his Ph. D in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of America. His research and teaching interests include structural analysis, design of concrete structures, earthquake response of structures, and analytical modeling of structures.
