About the Book About the Author Excerpts

About the Book

Hannah was bored. She was bored when she woke up, she was bored while she ate her breakfast and she was still bored when she went to her room to put her socks away. That was until... she opened her drawer and found something out of this world. Hannah and Socks and their Alphabet Adventure is a very different A-B-C book. It uses bright colourful drawings and photos to bring the pages to life and uses the A-B-C to introduce children to some of the world's most interesting cities.

About the Author

Lissy lives in Hertfordshire, England, where she was born and raised. As a child she always enjoyed drawing and always tried to avoid reading and times tables. Nothing's changed! When she is not drawing she's probably watching or playing sports, listening to her i-pod, chillin' with friends and thinking about a home near the ocean...or counting her trainers!
