About the Book

It has been two years since a successful and beautiful young woman, Elizabeth Sutherland, was killed in strange circumstances whilst working for the foreign office. Unsatisfied by the explanations presented by the police, her brother, James, leaves his job in London in search of the truth.

As James perseveres to uncover what happened to his sister, it becomes clear the British Government will do anything to conceal the truth. His family is threatened and anyone who tries to help him is fatally dealt with. James is ultimately drawn to Hong Kong, convinced that the truth will be revealed to him. The shocking truth, however, he could never have been prepared for and with his mind set on revenge he heads back to London for the gripping conclusion.

About the Author

Living and working in London. This is William's first novel. Took inspiration from friends and colleagues in the city for the main character and has either travelled to or lived in the locations in the book. Draws inspiration from current crime thriller greats such as David Baldacci, Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum and Michael Ridpath. Wanted to create a novel that was a page-turner with unexpected twists and had depth in the characters.
