About the Author

Abiola Busuyi was born on February 24, 1996 in Brooklyn, New York. Her parents, Austin Dapo Busuyi and Linnette Scott, who hails from Nigeria and Jamaica, instill all the discipline and the joy of reading to her. She currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her parents and siblings. She is the fourth of five children. She has two older sisters, Adedolapo who is also a writer and Anthonia Olutola. She also has an older brother, Abiodun, an aspiring basketball player, and her younger sister Adeola, who is eight years old. Abiola started writing short stories from the age of seven, and she intends to continue writing.
