Fumble Bumble Goes to School is the story of a bumble-bee that mistakenly enters a primary school and is unable to find her way out. This causes panic in the classroom but the teacher uses the opportunity to teach a lesson on Bee Safety. The real fun begins when the principal enters the room and the bee flies on her. This book emphasizes the three R's (Rhyme, Rhythm and Repetition) which are important for pre-readers to develop an interest in reading and for beginning and young readers to strengthen their reading skills.

About the Author

Judy Kazz (nee Willoughby) has been an educator who has worked with children of all ages for 31 years. She has taught all the grades in both secondary and elementary schools and has been an elementary school principal in Ottawa, Canada. Her children's stories have always delighted and informed her elementary school students. In addition to two Fumble Bumble books, she has published Open Your Eyes, a book of multi-cultural poems and a guide book for classroom use.

She writes children's stories in English and in Spanish. Fumble Bumble Goes to School is the second in the series of "Fumble Bumble" books.

David Egerton was an engineering and mathematics professor for many years in Ontario, Canada. In addition to publishing two engineering texts books, he has co-authored a technical mathematics book that is currently being used in universities and colleges in Canada. He is also an artist who enjoys illustrating children's books. David Egerton and Judy Kazz are a husband and wife team. They are retired and living in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. When not creating children's books, they are busy travelling and managing their antique business.
