About the Book About the Author Excerpts Catalogue Information

About the Book

What If I Win emerged out of the most widely discussed topic amongst lottery players: What they would do if their numbers hit the jackpot? This book is designed to educate lottery players about various legal challenges confronted by previous lottery winners. In addition this book will encourage lottery players to thoughtfully develop their own strategies and plan should they win.

About the Author

Darrell L. Feagin was born in Pompano Beach, Florida, to Mr. Robert Lee and Beatrice Doss Feagin. Darrell is the seventh son and Thirteenth of seventeen children. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, inventor and author. He is a graduate of Deerfield Beach High School in Deerfield Beach, Florida and, as a college freshman, attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. He received his A.A. degree from Tallahassee Community College and his B.S. degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Inspiration for this book emerged from his numerous conversations with lottery players who, when questioned, had given little thought to the potential legal consequences underlying their participation in the lottery. The author currently resides in Weston, Florida with his wife, Gianita and their two children; daughter, Janice Teresa and son, Darrell L. Feagin II.
