About the Book About the Author Excerpts About the Book
The Book entitled My Book of Ethiopian Alphabets is a colorful 24 page book. It is a book that would attract anyone and especially was meant for children. This book is prepared, in as much as possible, an easy and colorful way to attract children. Each letter is followed by exemplary words and pictures to describe them more. Ethiopian children born abroad will know about the Ethiopian alphabet and those who came abroad will not forget their alphabet. It is also for anyone, other than Ethiopians, and any age group, who would be interested to know about other minority cultures. I think, especially, the fact that the Ethiopian Alphabet, currently known as Fidel, is the only indigenous African alphabet still in use since 100 BC. will also make it attractive.
