John Blake living in a condo overlooking Cheesman Park is a lonely and lost guy. A new graduate with a civil engineering degree he hired on with AeroSpace Corporation in Denver to work on the emerging space program in the early sixties. He was raised an only child in a small town in Nebraska. His caring parents sheltered him and provided for him until he graduated from the University of Nebraska and left for the big city, Denver, Colorado. John was socially inept and this haunted him most of his adult life. He hits rock bottom before he finds himself as a whole person. This story is based on fiction.
About the Author
The author lives in Capitol Hill, Denver, Colorado. He has resided in the inner city of Denver near Cheesman Park for the past twenty years. This is his third novel published. The first was Revolution USA 2000 ISBN 0-533-11915-4, the second, Dakota Sky ISBN 141203566-X. Writing came late in his life and without proper credentials. He received a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 1956. Writing occupies his mind in retirement.
