About the Book

In this story, a 9 year old girl makes a painted vase for her grandmother. The grandmother saves the vase and 28 years later gives to it her 9 year old great-grand-daughter as a gift. The vase is given to the next generation as a way to remember a loved one. Special gifts help make memories that can be shared with those you love for generations and generations.



About the Author

Linda O'Boyle Zaneski is a former Miss Pennsylvania, Mrs. Pennsylvania, and along with her daughter, has captured national pageant titles as a mother-daughter team. Linda is a registered nurse-certified in Gerontological nursing; a licensed nursing home administrator, and an elected council woman in her hometown. She holds a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Wilkes University and is very active in community service through many local non-profit and service organizations. She has published poetry and written stories and articles for newspapers and professional journals. Linda resides in Edwardsville, PA with her husband Stan and their 2 children, Rebecca and Stanley.
