Young and old will love this new fairytale, the first in a series based on trees in the Great Forest. A must-see for anyone with an interest in 'beautiful' Irish.

About the Book
The first in a series of new children's fairytales based on trees in the Great Forest, it tells the story of how a ragged little tree came to the aid of an injured caterpillar and was rewarded for its kindness. A classic GOOD vs. EVIL story where GOOD wins hands down.
The series is intended to attract the interest of children; build an appreciation and an awareness of different trees, while the bilingual Irish/English text will introduce future generations to the beauty of the Irish language.
About the Author
Born and raised in Dublin, the author was first introduced to the Irish language in Synge Street C.B.S. and loved its sympathetic nature from the very beginning.
Originally, these stories were written for his three children, and now they are adapted into picture books for the enjoyment of his grandchildren. By adding an Irish / English bilingual text, he hopes to introduce future generations to the beauty of the Irish language, and thereby, contribute to its revival.
