Passionate about motorcycles and riding Kelly Patterson McGrath combines her love of riding with her 18 years experience in the training, coaching, speaking and program development world. She has worked with international training organizations in senior roles developing and delivering programs on Stress Management and Team Building with public sector and Fortune 500 companies across North America.

Her experience with many different aspects of the business of training, from creation through to execution, delivery and management, has provided a unique insight into the specific needs of individuals and organizations. She is dedicated to assisting people and organizations develop to their full potential.

Kelly lives in Ontario with her husband John and her son Kyle and when not riding motorcycles, practices drums and enjoys kickboxing.
