About the Book About the Author Excerpts About the Book
"Why did we have to move?" Jeff asked his mother.
"You'll like living here, "Mother answered. "I don't think so," Jeff replied. He just wanted to move back to his old house. He did not like it here one bit!
Then one afternoon strange things start to happen. While eating lunch with his family Jeff sees a unit of soldiers marching back and forth across the paint on the dining room wall. No one else seems to notice!
"What? This is really weird," Jeff says.
"R-r-r-o-w!" exclaims Tye, the family cat.
As Jeff goes to wash his hands, a submarine follows him along the hall wall. In the bathroom, a boy on the back of a moose plays a flute-like instrument as wolves dance around. And on the kitchen's bright yellow painted walls a fluffy-eared little dog is trying to reach a bone.
"Are these walls alive?" Jeff asks Tye. If you've ever had to move to a new house and didn't want to, you'll know how Jeff feels.
Join in the adventure as Jeff and Tye check out the other rooms and walls of their new house and see what they find.
