About the Book About the Author Excerpts

About the Book

This is an easy to read and understand book, about a little boy named Tommy that picks out a toy named Buddy for his birthday present. But Buddy is no ordinary toy, he becomes an imaginary adult sized rhyming friend any time Tommy needs help or doubts his ability to keep up with other kids. Tommy is just like most children, with imaginations running wild, and with the help of his new friend Buddy, he develops self-confidence and courage at the park. This book teaches children that they can do anything they want to, if they believe in themselves.
