The evening that I found out who my real father was and how his son was in love with me and he was my half brother, it was a terrible shock for me.

About the Book

This book is about me growing up and a lot of things that I observed along the way, the bad experiences I had when I was going to school, looking at my mother having a hard abusive and violent life and all she went through in her marriage, and how she found out on her wedding day that she made the biggest mistake of her life and how she paid a big price for that mistake afterwards. There was a lot of poverty when I was growing up and a bad experience I went through during my school days and sexual abuse that I suffered when I was very young. This book has a lot of stories and memories that I gathered along the way.

About the Author

My name is Angela Cahill. I was born on July 8th 1948 and I have lived in Newbridge ever since. I am married with nine children, the eldest is 37 years old and the youngest is 23. I was the only girl in my family, I've always loved writing but never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would ever write a book, but I did. I enjoyed every minute I spent doing it, putting down on paper what I had in my head for so long, it is a dream come true for me.
