About the Author

I was born and currently reside in Detroit, Michigan. I am married with two children.

In January of 2003, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. My safe and secure world was shattered. I started thinking about my life about what I had accomplished in my life. What did I really want to do with my life and had I achieved it? My dream since I was a little kid was to be a writer, so in August of 2003, I began this novel.

Reading romance novels has always been a passion of mine and I am also an avid Elvis fan. I decided to combine my two passions together into this book. What a fantasy! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
