As owner and operator of New Dental Perspectives, LLC, Arlene J. Hibbler has had over fifteen years experience as a Registered Dental Assistant with Coronal Polishing and X-ray Licenses. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. The Book was illustrated and written by Ms. Hibbler for the purpose of helping children that involves both child and parents.
