Over ten thousand years ago, a battle ended and evil was postponed. For Jake Webb, an old man waiting for his life to end, the last thing he expected was to be chosen to continue a battle he knew nothing about. Nor how to win.

About the Book

Eons ago, North America was the stage for a war between good and evil. It was a war between an alien spirit and the earth mother that would divide and destroy an advanced people and end in a stalemate.

Ten thousand years would pass before the evil returned and sought to defeat the mother and enslave the world. Its only obstacle was an old and bitter man, the Chosen of the earth mother. For seventy-two year old Jake Webb, isolated from his family and waiting only for his life to end, the task of learning the secrets needed to find and defeat his enemy paled only slightly with the task of regaining the trust of his daughter and grandson.

Guided by Raven and Kail, brother and sister warriors from the ages long past, Jake and his grandson Aaron begin a quest that leads them across the modern world and to levels of existence beyond their imagination.
