by Doris Trueheart

227 pages; quality trade paperback (softcover); catalogue #06-2407; ISBN 1-4251-0649-8; US$24.69, C$28.39, EUR19.25, £12.76

Self-revealing, intimate journey through life into the arms of God.

About the Book

This book is a study of the book of Deuteronomy. It is formatted as an autobiographical sketch of the author's journey as Moses leads her through the wilderness. It is a true story with names changed. It is a compilation of experiences, thoughts, songs and poems that document that journey. It is hoped that many others can relate to the author's story, such as, those who share similar stories or have journeyed this way before. For those who are presently wandering in the wilderness, it is hoped that their faith and courage will be renewed to complete the journey.

About the Author

The author, Doris Trueheart, is a woman as any other woman who was born in this earth with a purpose and a destiny. She is a woman as any other woman who has heard the voice of God calling her out of chaos to journey with him and worship him in a wilderness, there to become his people and he her God. She is a woman of passion, a woman of faith, a woman of courage, and a woman marked for destiny. She is a woman, who through much trial and turmoil, became yielded to the will and purpose of God. Her words to God, her lover, are simply, "I do."
