This book is about poetry of a religious nature. Its goal is to share the author’s experiences of the palpability and nearness of God, and her deep grasp of human nature with all its foibles and weaknesses which, therefore, attracts more souls to God’s tenderness and mercy. The poems were mostly conceived at twilight or in darkness and would be refined at dawn or in the light of day.

About the Author

Emerita N. Sevilla is the widow of Victor J. Sevilla, Pacific War Hero and Silver Star medal recipient. She is mother to 9, grandmother to 38 and great grandmother to 5. She obtained her Bachelor of Literature in Journalism at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. Mrs. Sevilla is the Founder of the Regina Coeli Division of the Perpetual Rosary Association, Ascension of Our Lord Parish, Philippines. She is a published author of three books – 2 on Poetry and 1on Prayer. She currently resides in California, USA with her children.
