About the Author

People think I am a character; I like to think that I have character. My professional career has been spent in the field of health care. Time working in the emergency room required a non-emotional response to many traumatic situations. I've seen some really awful things happen in all industries because people didn't know what they were doing. I rode the rollercoaster ride of real life while raising three children. These experiences did not prepare me to understand the Real Estate market and represent my interests; it became clear I should publish something. So to help prepare others to maneuver in the world of real estate I share my adventure.
