Cadence: My Beautiful Princess

by Delores Swami; Edited by Shirley Mar; Pictures by Raymond & Clemency Worthington

14 pages; Saddle stitched; catalogue #06-2717; ISBN 1-4251-0959-4; US$10.00, C$11.50, EUR8.21, £5.75

This story is about the moods and demands of a little baby who obviously is able to express her moods with distinction and keep her loved ones on their toes.

About the Book

Within eighteen hours of her birth I lovingly held Cadence in my arms and instantly fell in love with her. She was so special that she swept me off my feet and literally stole my heart. My grandniece was a bundle of joy and she was perfect with beautiful black hair. She was soft and delicate and extremely beautiful. Our world centered around her and she was boss!

About the Author

The editor wrote: Delores is a gifted teacher. Her teaching career commenced in 1972 in Lautoka, Fiji. She graduated in 1977 as a primary school teacher specializing in Kindergarten. She simply loves little children and believes that if you give preschool children the best educational foundation possible they will be set for life and will, in most cases, have the right mental attitude towards learning.

Through this book Cadence My Beautiful Princess Delores will be able to sing or recite to her little students about the moods and demands of a little baby.

This is a huge step for her and I wish her well in this and future publications.
