Two friends find themselves inadvertantly trying to solve a series of crimes - dicing with danger, burglaries, kidnapping and even murder. A tense fast moving story told with frankness and humour.

About the Book

This is the story of two very ordinary boys who inadvertantly get involved in trying to solve a series of crimes. Ryan Tate feels guilty after leaving a window open at his home where a burglary takes place. His best mate, the class joker Jack Miles encourages him to do a bit of detective work and together they vow they would find the culprits.

Little did they realize that by doing this they would get mixed up in a very low, adult and dangerous world. Although they experience danger on every level they still find time to have a laugh and even have moments when they feel they have the Starsky and Hutch touch! Unfortunately these moments never last long. Part 2 is six months later when Ryan and Jack have both got part time jobs in a coffee shop at the local garden centre. It is in these surroundings that the next mystery occurs. Their working days are definitely cheered by the frequent visits of a group of girls from the nearby boarding school. Predictably they become involved in this next breathtaking adventure.

Miss it - miss out!!!
