Awakening from a coma Paul Lamb mined his 'iceberg' to find strength to champion over his traumatic devastation impacting his mind, body and soul. Paul had to recreate and is rebuilding himself from this trauma.
About the Book
Paul Lamb is alive after his traumatic car crash! He is functional! And he has written a book - WHAT IS THAT! Rather than borrowing other people's stories and experiences, Paul Lamb uses his own story of amazement. Exploring the Iceberg - Personal, Professional and Organizational Growth is a true story about trauma that put him into a coma for almost a month; though alive, he came out as a low functioning adult; lost his memory, his marriage, and many of his physical abilities following the trauma. It also describes how he recreated and rebuilt himself to the person he is today -- with a life of inspiration and passion.
Paul has merged his skills, knowledge and abilities as a personal, professional and organizational consultant and teacher, since 1989, with what happened to him. It is a story for individuals, couples, families and organizations to grow no matter how desperate the situation.
Before the book was written and published, research showed the book to be unique. The story is amazing. The book not only describes what happened to Paul - passenger in a car crash, coma, Severe Traumatic Head Injury and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). At mid-life he came out of a coma as functional as a Œsix year old*. But also, shares Paul's Iceberg Strategies used to reinvent and rebuild himself. The book -- EXPLORING THE ICEBERG * Personal, Professional and Organizational Growth -- shares the three categories of Iceberg Strategies for all readers to use to digest their pound-of-dirt that all people eat before they die.
