A Word of Hope

by Reverend L. Naomi Ambridge

174 pages; quality trade paperback (softcover); catalogue #06-2894; ISBN 1-4251-1135-1; US$15.11, C$17.38, EUR11.78, £7.81

Who can you trust in the church? What is perfect? What is a woman's place in the Christian world? Find some answers and maybe some more questions.

About the Book

A Word of Hope is a book written by a Christian for other Christians about the questions people have wondered about but perhaps never asked.

What did Jesus really mean when He said, "Be Ye Perfect?". How far do I have to go in obeying God? What is truth? When the Bible talks about the virtuous woman, why does it seem to only refer to married women? How do you know who to trust in the church?

These and other questions are addressed in the book. A Word of Hope is written on a conversational level that is easy to read. Attention is given to various value systems and principles of Christian doctrine.
