About the Author

About the author: Guerrino Thomas Rich is a freelance feature writer and an award-winning instructor who teaches English at Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He also instructed students in English and Newswriting at Akron North High School. Born in Akron, Ohio, Guerrino graduated from St. Martha Grade School and St. Vincent (now St. Vincent / St. Mary) High School. He attended John Carroll University for two years, and later graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee with a B.A. in English. Guerrino also holds an M.A. in English from The University of Akron. He is thankful for God, family, students, colleagues, friends and one very special Christmas eve.



About the Illustrator

Pat DeJacimo is a retired art teacher who enjoyed teaching creative arts to children at Holy Family Elementary in Stow, Ohio. She currently works out of her home with her family who brings her inspiration.
