If there is one sure thing in a development project, it is that things will not go as planned and that there will be problems! The catch is that which problems will come up is unknown, as well as when or where they will come up.
This book identifies One Hundred and Fifty One point Five (151.5) real world risks pertaining to software, hardware, and systems development, along with an elaboration of their consequences. Risks associated with Requirements, Design, Build and Test, the Development Environment, the Development Framework, Management, Personnel, and External Constraints are tackled.
A set of questions that can be used to draw out each risk is also provided. Whether you want to create a risk questionnaire or conduct an interview to extract risks, this book has all you need.
