About the Author
I am a mother of three and a wife who enjoys writing as a hobby. One day I hope to write as a career. I started writing poems in 1999 after winning a contest at a local radio station. My poem was one of three chosen out of many for a Valentine Rap Contest. Winning that contest boost my self-esteem. I started writing a collection of poetry and eventually I wrote a children's book. After pondering over it for a year it was finally time to get it published. I've always enjoyed writing, but didn't think I was any good at it. Sometimes I can't sleep at night, because I have all of these ideas in my head. Ideas for Poems, Children Books, Novels, Screen Plays and even T.V. Shows. I've always paid attention to my surrounding like people's expression or how they do things. At this point in my life, I feel like I've let too much time go by. I'm determined to reach my personal and professional goals to the highest level possible. With hard work, family support and determination I know I will succeed. This is just the beginning of many books to come.
