Joey is a seven-year-old boy (my grandson). He was born with Cerebral Palsy and this book depicts his daily life as a child with Special Needs and how he overcomes daily challenges.

About the Book

This is a book about a 7 year old little boy. He was born with Cerebral Palsy. I never knew the meaning of the term "Special Needs" until he was born and eventually diagnosed with this. This book depicts his daily life as a child with "Special Needs". I try to show the reader there is really no limitations to what he can accomplish. I hope this book will give other children the knowledge of a "Special Needs" child, and inspire other kids just like him. Each book will take you through the many challenges a child such as this faces on a daily basis. Not only is Joey a "Special Needs" kid, he also has a very "Special Needs" heart!!!!

About the Author

I am a proud grandmother of three, who was born and raised in the deep South. I am very devoted to my Grand-children, one of whom inspired me to start writing these type of books. I hope my books show and teach kids with "Special Needs" that there is no limit to what they can achieve and puts a smile on their faces as they look at the pictures and read them.
