Patricia Clark is a lifelong resident of Slidell, Louisiana. As a child, her parents always inculcated a love of reading in her and her siblings... from story time to bed time. This is where her love of children's literature stems.

Her love for children has motivated her to receive a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently an Assistant Director at a daycare in southern Louisiana.
