About the Author

Julie Picott, was born and raised in the City of Burlington, near Toronto, Ontario. Julie graduated from Sheridan College, Oakville with a diploma in Classical Animation. She enjoyed a few years working for Nelvana Inc. on cartoons and commercials, including Rupert Bear, Babar and Shreddies cereal. Since then Julie along with her husband Kevin have been occupied with raising two wonderful children and Julie works mainly as a freelance artist.
