About the Book

Their relationship was to be purely professional...

As a new surgery intern, Dr. Dominique Corey clashes with her program director, the charismatic Dr. Luke Stoner. He has no patience for women aspiring to be surgeons but on another level, can he resist this beautiful and determined woman? Luke Stoner's life is further complicated by knowing that Dominique Corey is the daughter of Dr. Malcolm Corey, world-renowned cardiac surgeon, whose help he will need to advance his career.

Dominique, on the other hand, has severed all ties with her father because of past hurts. Her father, however, anxious to have his way once again, presents her with a shocking ultimatum - one that will impact her life and career.
