About the Author

Gary Geister served with Bravo Co. 5th of the 12th and Alpha Co. 2nd of the 3rd, 199th Light Infantry Bde. and the (CRIP), Combat Reconnaissance Intelligence Platoon in Vietnam 1968-69. He was born and raised in East Detroit, Michigan, and educated at Central Michigan University.
