About the Author

I live on a walnut farm in the hills (Ozarks) of southwest Missouri. I love nature, I am also a people-lover and have been writing most of my life. I have grandchildren and they delight in coming to the farm. My husband is in an Alzheimer's wing at the Missouri Veterans Home 50 miles away. He no longer knows who I am. This is one of the hardest things to deal with in life. Without faith, I could not have taken care of him as long as I did. God is good and my refuge. I have been active in the Church of Christ all my life.
