This book describes how Kenpo Karate was brought to Ireland from America by John McSweeney. One of his pupils was Tommy Jordan who brought Kenpo Karate to Dun Laoghaire. It describes national and international competitions and shows how many people made the grade and how the art of Kenpo has evolved to what it is today.
About the Author
Martin Cousins has been involved in martial arts for 35 years. He is a 6th degree black belt. He has devoted most of his life to promoting the art of Kenpo Karate, and has achieved national and international recognition. Martin continues to train and teach today to the highest possible standard. He leads by example.
