If you're a parent or teacher looking for literature to relate to your children about what it must be like to be in the shoes of an immigrant, this book is for you.

About the Book
A journey through the eyes of an immigrant child, Aurora must flee earth with her parents to the planet Alexys. Aurora is excited and nervous to reach her new home, but upon arriving, she never imagined how out of place she would feel. While Aurora tries to adjust and make friends, the reader too travels with Aurora and sympathizes with what it must be like to be an outsider. At the end, this book connects Aurora's situation with new immigrants' experience upon arriving in the U.S.A. This book is a touching tale that leads to a discussion about immigration, diversity, acceptance, and fitting in.
