A Recipe For Living

by Jack B. Cameron

72 pages; quality trade paperback (softcover); catalogue #07-1069; ISBN 1-4251-2988-9; US$13.04, C$15.00, EUR10.17, £6.74

A practical, down to earth guide on how you can become the person you really want to be.

About the Book

A Recipe for Living is intended to help readers live the life their Creator intended them to live. This book is not a panacea for all personal problems, but the author's belief is that by facing each day with a pro-active and optimistic mind-set, our limited time here on planet earth will be much more positive, productive and rewarding.

Helping to accomplish this, the "recipe" includes 12 major ingredients and the author shares some of his personal favourites in the areas entitled, "Food for Body and Soul" and "Exercises for Total Health" at the end of each chapter.

The key message the author hopes readers will take away from this book is that "anything is possible if you have the burning desire to accomplish it".
